Yes. Every plan includes every feature at the same price. We're not going to charge you more for analytics or lock billing behind a premium tier. That's not how we roll.
Are there any contracts or commitments?+
No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract.
What's the processing fee?+
2.89% + $0.30 per credit card transaction. That's Stripe's standard rate — we don't mark it up. You can also choose to pass this fee to your members as a transparent line item.
Does my gym get its own Stripe account?+
Yes. Each gym connects their own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Payments go directly to your bank account. Smart Fit Metrics never touches your money.
Can I manage multiple locations?+
Yes. Multi-location support is built in from day one. Each location gets its own branding, billing, and member base — all managed from one account.
Do my members need to download a separate app?+
Your members download your gym's app. One app for everything — check-in, class registration, workouts, social feed, billing. No more juggling 3 different platforms.
